Access My Account > Orders to track your order. Every time your order changes status you will receive an email informing you about it.


Once inside your shopping bag, just click 'Apply' on the promotion or discount voucher you want to redeem.
Remember that if you do not use the total amount, you will lose the remaining balance.
You can check if you have any available promotions or vouchers by accessing My Account > Vouchers.


You can only cancel an order if its status is Received. To do so, access My Account > Orders.


Just click on the 'Forgot your password?' message that appears under your login details to receive a new password by email.


You can process a return from My Account within the first 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, please contact our Online Customer Service department. Abel and Lula will refund you for the item as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and verify the condition of the item.


Make sure you are using the website that corresponds to the same country from which you placed the order.
