Initiate the return by entering your email address and the order number that we have sent you via SMS or through the confirmation email.

How to return my order? Step-by-step guide to return your order

Step 1

Access your order and select the items to be returned

You will also need to select the reason for the return. Then, press "Continue".

Step 2

Choose your method of return

You will find two options:


• Home collection
• Return at collection point

Step 2 | Option 1

Home return

Select the collection address and date, and don't forget to print the return label.

The return will be collected by the agency within 24/48h
If not, contact customer service.

Step 2 | Option 2

Return to UPS Pickup Point

Select “Return at pick-up point” and if you wish, you can search for the nearest pick-up point by entering your postal code in “Find your nearest pick-up point”. You can also check it at www.ups.com.

Mark the option “Receive Label”, which will be sent by email (it may take a few hours; check spam too) andstick it to the package somewhere visible, without other labels. Use appropriate packaging.
